Third Circuit Upholds New Jersey's Ban on 'Ex-gay' Conversion Therapy for Minors
The Third Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld New Jersey’s ban on ‘ex-gay’ conversion therapy for minors, which was being challenged by the National Association for Research and Therapy of Homosexuality (NARTH) and other ‘ex-gay’ activists.
Last year, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie signed the bill into law banning the dangerous practice.
