Lance Bass and Michael Turchin Set Wedding Date

Lance Bass and boyfriend Michael Turchin are set to tie the knot on December 20, Bass’s rep tells People.

Last month, the former NSYNC-er celebrated the one year anniversary of his proposal to Turchin by popping the question a second time with a new engagement ring.

Bass also told the magazine that although there will be a NSYNC reunion at the ceremony, he won’t be singing, saying “I think it’s a little cheesy if I sing at all at my wedding.”

'The Marco Marco Show' Premieres On World Of Wonder
Couldn’t make it to Los Angeles for the 2014 Marco Marco collection show? World of Wonder, the production company behind hits like “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and “Million Dollar Listing” has you covered.

Designer Marco Marco made waves last year when his 2013 showcase included several of the girls from “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and, in turn, immediately went viral. This year, the up and coming fashion figure featured the “Drag Race” girls once again for a showcase of his stunning 2014 collection. Marco Marco booked Manila Luzon, Milk, Detox, Willam and Alyssa Edwards, as well as other queer-identified models.

Now World of Wonder is premiering a new web series that brings you into the life and world of Marco Marco. Called “The Marco Marco Show,” this first installment introduces the viewer to Marco and his team.

Edmonton, Alberta weatherman Mike Sobel was on double duty during a recent morning broadcast – having to simultaneously provide the weather report while also attempting to wrangle “Ripple,” a 18-month-old mastiff mix on visit from a local animal shelter.

As the video shows, Ripple was much more interested in playing tug-of-war on camera than hearing the weather forcast and, as a result, will hopefully have little trouble finding a new owner to play with now.

From November 2009 to June 2013 documentary photographer Vincent Cianni made a series of road trips across the United States to interview and photograph roughly 100 gay and lesbian U.S. military veterans and active-duty service members. Cianni, whose work explores community, memory, and the human condition, set out to document how the military’s ban on openly gay and lesbian service personnel impacted their professional and personal lives. The culmination of this project, Gays in the Military, which features essays by Alison Nordstrom, Lt. Donald R. Bramer, and Alan M. Steinman was published with Daylight Books this May. The collection of photographs shines light on the cultural, personal, and political consequences of the ban on homosexuality and tell the stories of men and women who served in silence. Gays in the Military has been featured on Katie and ABC News, and has been on display inPhiladelphia, Hillsborough, North Carolina and at the Quinzaine Photographique Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
