Open Question: Nursery worker posting inappropriate photos on social media. What do I do?
Last night I came across a man’s Instagram, this particular man works in my daughters nursery. His Instagram was public with a couple thousand followers. He has posted nude selfies (covering private bits thank god) but has nude selfies of his backside and wearing kinky things. This guy is gay so you can get an idea of what kind of things he is wearing/posting. I have no problems with his sexuality or what he does in his spare time but I can’t help but think this in unacceptable for someone who works in a nursery then tens of children? I am unsure as to what to do next? Im sure if I (a female ( were to be doing this and parents saw, I would probably been sacked. Can someone please give me some guidance? Thanks in advance x
