Open Question: Is it normal to feel like this in your first relationship?
I’m 15, gay. One day ago I got into my first relationship. You probably find it funny because I’m only 15 and asking this but it is very important to me. He is 16. When we’re together, even before yesterday, he always is very loving and touches my hand, hugs me, kisses me. It’s not his first relationship, he’s been with other people before. He is a great, good guy with a golden soul, but he’s very cold. I always feel like he is forced to talk with me over the phone, chatting, and in person he is much more open and loving. I will be able to see him only once or twice a week, and I am having butterflies in my stomach this whole day, it doesn’t pass. And it kills me that the time we can spend together in person is limited to a single night out as I am not allowed to go anywhere during the weekdays(understandable tho) and I think it will make me overthink if he really does like me. Am I normal? Am I overthinking again? Is this a normal thing when you first start dating?
