Nick Jonas, James Franco Frat Movie ‘Goat’ Gets Even Darker in Red Band Trailer – WATCH
The official red band trailer for the Nick Jonas and James Franco movie Goat has just been released and it delves deeper into the dark world of hazing and the toxic side of fraternity life.
Goat follows a 19 year-old boy, reeling from a terrifying assault, who enrolls into college with his brother (Nick Jonas) and pledges the same fraternity. What happens there, in the name of “brotherhood” tests the boy and his loyalty to his brother in brutal ways.
For the uninitiated, Goat is based on a memoir by Brad Land, published in 2004.
The first trailer for the film underscored the violent, machismo and also homoerotic elements at play in frat life. All those are present in this new trailer, though things get a little more nefarious.
For instance, if you didn’t know already, you find out why the film is titled Goat.
Watch the red band trailer, which is work-unfriendly in a few spots, below.
