NBC Universal once again knocked it out of the park for Spirit Day with dozens of shows and stars going purple to show support for LGBTQ youth and take a stand against bullying.

The cast of Will & Grace is always huge supporters of Spirit Day!

The TODAY show team was up bright and early showing support for LGBTQ youth. 

Paul Adelstein from I Feel Bad took the Spirit Day pledge.
