He spotted me going for a candid and smiled. “Does my moustache look nice?” he asked.
“Darling,” I replied in my campest of camp voices, “’tis positively GLIST–ening in this sumptuous summery sunshine!”
He laughed out loud and like a good sport, took it in the spirit it was meant. As for his pal, well, he nearly chocked on his pint as he virtually ‘fell about’.
