Today’s post is a little bit different than usual. I decided to represent trough art what many people, including me, are going trough. Depression should no be a stigma that people hide or are ashamed of it. We should do something about it, even when the “voices” in your head speak louder. I don’t know about you, but i tended to isolate myself. Only recently i realised that speaking about it is what makes things change. Some cases, medication is actually the only way. I am one of those cases. And i am not ashamed of doing something about it to make myself feel better. And so shouldn’t you. I am here for whoever needed, here and everywhere.
