MO STATE AG JOSH HAWLEY TOOK $$$ FROM ANTI-LGBTQ HATE GROUP ALLIANCE DEFENDING FREEDOM: Hawley, who is challenging Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO), reportedly accepted thousands of dollars from the notoriously anti-LGBTQ Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) to speak at the group’s conference 2013. Emails show that Hawley and his wife have together earned $8,700 from ADF since that time. More from Riverfront Times.

NEW POLLING SHOWS LGBTQ VOTERS STRONGLY CONSIDERING CANDIDATE’S POSITION ON COMMON SENSE GUN REFORM IN MIDTERM: Nineteen percent of respondents identified gun law reform as their top issue. Of those surveyed 79 percent said the sale guns should be more strict, and 75 percent said that a political candidate’s position on gun reform is likely to impact their vote.
