TEXAS-BASED RAICES CONTINUES TO TIRELESSLY ADVOCATE FOR LGBTQ MIGRANTS: Cristian Sánchez (@Cristian_S_Tx) of the Refugee and Immigration Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES) says they provide transportation and housing assistance to migrants once they’re at the Mexico-U.S. border. “We made the decision to help them the rest of the way because they were suffering some discrimination within the caravan and just felt their needs weren’t really being listened to in the group decisions,” said Sánchez.
