  • The case, Altitude Express, Inc. v. Zarda, is one of three that were consolidated for hearing at SCOTUS, which will decide whether anti-LGBTQ discrimination is a form of sex discrimination that violates federal law. The Court is set to hear the cases Oct. 8.

Those students also reported being initially told that they could not wear or display LGBTQ-supportive items.
