This legendary villain has been brought to contemporary life by Andrew Scott in the critically acclaimed series- Sherlock. This is a project done for a fan art publication on the greatest villains on earth and who better to start it with than Sherlock’s arch enemy . The dark shading has been done by charcoal and then digitally painted on Procreate.
