And without them, the Trump-Pence administration’s dangerous plan to erase LGBTQ people from federal protections could succeed.”  Today, half of all LGBTQ Americans live in the 30 states without explicit, uniform legal protections from discrimination. NC DMV REVISES PROCESS FOR CHANGING GENDER ON DRIVER’S LICENSE OR ID CARD: No longer will applicants have to procure a court order or letter from a physician.
