HRC Visits the Granite State to #turnOUT the LGBTQ Vote
Last week, HRC President Chad Griffin visited with HRC members and supporters in New Hampshire to encourage those who care about equality to vote and encourage their family, friends, and colleagues to do the same.
Griffin attended a GOTV phone bank at Dartmouth, an LGBTQ roundtable in Portsmouth and also had the chance to meet with these leaders, including:
- Governor Maggie Hassan (running for U.S. Senate)
- Executive Councilor Colin van Ostern (candidate for Governor)
- Executive Councilor Chris Pappas
- NH Democratic Party Chair Ray Buckley
In August, HRC endorsed Hassan for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Kelly Ayotte.
HRC is counting on our members and supporters to mobilize and #turnOUT the pro-equality vote in November. HRC members are volunteering thousands of hours for endorsed candidates and are visible at campaign events across the country. Learn more at hrc.org/VoteEquality.
