Raleigh, North Carolina. February 13, 2016. Thousands gathered for the 10th Anniversary of the HKonJ People’s Assembly (Historic Thousands on Jones Street) and the annual mass mobilization of the Moral Mondays Movement. Issues addressed included Voting Rights, Black Lives Matter, Education, LGBTQ Rights, Climate, Living Wage, Health Care, Labor, Immigration, Civil Rights, Women’s Rights and other progressive causes.
