The new series Recovery Road premieres on Freeform Monday night. When Maddie is caught with alcohol at school, she must choose betwen being expelled or attending rehab. While at rehab she meets Vern (Daniel Franzese), a gay former go-go boy who was addicted to drugs and has struggled with body image since gaining weight after getting clean. Recovery Road: Monday, 9pm on Freeform.

Don’t miss a new episode of the docuseries True Life on Monday night, True Life: I Have a Trans Parent. The episode follows two young people, Kiara and Jeremy, whose parents have recently begun transitioning. Kiara’s father Kelden introduces her to other trans men living in the South, while Jeremy and his mother Jessica work to reconnect with her other children who have stopped communicating with her.
