U.S. SUPREME COURT HEARING CASES **TODAY** ON PROTECTIONS FOR LGBTQ EMPLOYEES: Said HRC President Alphonso David (@AlphonsoDavid), “No one should be denied a job or fired simply because of who they are or whom they love. The growing legal consensus is that our nation’s civil rights laws protect LGBTQ people against discrimination under sex non-discrimination laws.
