Pete Davidson says he used to pleasure himself to Leonardo DiCaprio

“Well, I used to jerk off to Leonardo DiCaprio… Uhh, like his acting. I used to have a HUGE crush on Leonardo DiCaprio. I had this huge poster of him from The Beach in my room, and there used to be, like, ‘Leo love books’… Do you remember? Like, right when Titanic came out [when I was] in like third or fourth grade, he was just like, ‘teen milk.’ There were love books and I had all of them. He was the coolest. I’ve met him twice and I’ve just shaken hands and run away fast.””— Pete Davidson speaking with Paper Magazine. He also touches on topics like having gay friends and ‘BDE.’

IMPEACHMENT HEARINGS. Some of the biggest moments from today’s impeachment hearings with Fiona Hill and David Holmes. “President Trump’s former adviser testified that the pressure campaign on Ukraine was a purely political one that diverged from U.S. foreign policy. She denounced the “false narrative” embraced by Mr. Trump and Republicans that Ukraine interfered in the 2016 election, calling it a dangerous story planted by Russia.”

Dr. Hill: “Some of you on this committee appear to believe that Russia… did not conduct a campaign against our country—and that… for some reason, Ukraine did. This is a fictional narrative that has been perpetrated and propagated by the Russian security services themselves.” pic.twitter.com/ezVvJYMf3k

Ex-NSC Russia expert Fiona Hill warned of continued Russian interference at the House’s impeachment inquiry: “We are running out of time to stop them.”

Fiona Hill: “It was clear that Burisma was code for the Bidens because Giuliani was laying it out there. I could see why Col. Vindman was alarmed and he said ‘this is inappropriate, we’re the National Security Council, we can’t be involved in this.” t.co/i5y2bszIE0 pic.twitter.com/0yIcb4AJxz

Q: Did the president listen to conspiracy theories from Rudy Giuliani and disregard the advice from some of his most senior advisors?

Fiona Hill: That appears to be the case, yes. pic.twitter.com/zbBVY0yAoo

David Holmes: “I then heard President Trump ask, “So, he’s gonna do the investigation?” Ambassador Sondland replied that “he’s gonna do it,” adding that President Zelenskyy will do “anything you ask him to.”

INCREDIBLE: @DevinNunes tried to peddle a conspiracy theory to defend convicted criminal Paul Manafort, only to be utterly refuted and debunked by David Holmes.

INTIMIDATION. Trump launched another real-time attack on an impeachment inquiry witness, shortly before David Holmes testified.

I have been watching people making phone calls my entire life. My hearing is, and has been, great. Never have I been watching a person making a call, which was not on speakerphone, and been able to hear or understand a conversation. I’ve even tried, but to no avail. Try it live!

EVERYDAY LIFE. One of the world’s biggest musical acts won’t be touring until they can make it environmentally sustainable and beneficial.

STEPHEN MILLER. 100+ Democrats sign letter calling on Trump adviser Stephen Miller to resign: “Given Mr. Miller’s role in shaping immigration policy for your administration, his documented dedication to extremist, anti-immigrant ideology and conspiracy-mongering is disqualifying,” the lawmakers wrote.

UNDISCLOSED. Trump held White House dinner for Mark Zuckerberg and Peter Thiel in October: “The meeting took place during Zuckerberg’s most recent visit to Washington, where he testified before Congress about Facebook’s new cryptocurrency Libra. Zuckerberg also gave a speech at Georgetown University the week before, detailing his company’s commitment to free speech, and its resistance to calls for the company to crack down on misinformation in political ads….A source familiar with the dinner told NBC News that Thiel was also present. It is unclear why the meeting was not made public or what Trump, Zuckerberg and Thiel discussed.”

TOWN 2.0 Resurrection of Washington D.C. gay nightclub in church facing protests from neighbors: “A total of at least six groups submitted protest complaints to D.C.’s Alcohol Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA). Additionally, letters were sent to the ABRA board from the ANC 6C Chair Kevin Wirt, Gonzaga High School, and two groups from Mount Airy Baptist Church.”

I Found You

I Found You

TheIrishDevil posted a photo:

I Found You

I found cynicism
I found criticism
I’ve been the zero the hero
And I have been the villain
I’ve lost more than a heart could take
But I found you on the way

Nostalgia has been hitting me pretty hard lately, and “one of those things” for me is Pokemon. There are always adult trainers wandering the wilds in the games (whom I find I relate to far more than the main character these days), and I just saw Detective Pikachu. I’ve got all sorts of thoughts on that movie and I won’t go into them here, but I will say I enjoyed the way the humans interacted with their “Pokemon partners” in it.

So here’s a little something I whipped up for fun. I know it’s not a “perfect” Eevee, but I’ve found I actually sort of like this imagining of it.

Queer rights groups demand release of gay Saudi journalists

Queer rights groups demand release of gay Saudi journalists

Donald Trump with Mohammed bin Salman

LGBTQ rights groups have demanded the release of two gay Saudi journalists that have been detained in Australia. The two men entered the country seeking political asylum from the current Saudi government which punishes homosexuality.

According to the Bay Area Reporter, the two men–who remain unidentified in current reports–entered Australia last month. After claiming baggage at the airport, customs officials asked the pair if they intended to seek asylum. When they said yes, they were taken a detention center.

“It is unacceptable that LGBTI people escaping threats and detention overseas are then confronted with that here,” Just Equal spokesperson Brian Greig said in a press release. “Australia must be a safe refuge for people fleeing persecution, including anti-LGBTI hate and violence. This must also include a fair, efficient, and unbiased process for dealing with claims of asylum on the basis of sexuality.”

The two Saudi journalists have been a couple for 16 years. The government of Saudi Arabia has charged that one of the men leaked stories and secrets to other journalists–including a dissident journalist, Jamal Khashoggi–that embarrassed the regime of Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Prince Mohammed bin Salman has come under fire for the murder of Khashoggi at the Saudi consulate in Turkey last year. Following the murder, Donald Trump praised bin Salman.

Franklin Graham: Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy Personally Assured Me Their Anti-LGBTQ Ways Will Continue

Franklin Graham: Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy Personally Assured Me Their Anti-LGBTQ Ways Will Continue

Evangelist Franklin Graham said on Thursday that he called Chick-fil-A CEO and can assure everyone that the company’s anti-LGBTQ ways aren’t changing anytime soon. Earlier this week, a media report said that Christian-owned Chick-fil-A promised to stop giving to anti-LGBTQ charities, a vow it has made at least once before, and broken.

RELATED: Chick-fil-A is Already Hedging on the Report it Will Stop Donating to Anti-LGBTQ Charities: ‘No Organization Will Be Excluded’

Wrote Graham: “Has Chick-fil-A caved? Some are saying they’ve rolled over, that they’ve conceded to the LGBTQ protests because they released a statement about their charitable giving. They announced that in 2020 they’re giving to fight hunger and homelessness and support education. What’s wrong with that? I picked up the phone and called Dan Cathy. Dan was very clear that they have not bowed down to anyone’s demands, including the LGBTQ community. They will continue to support whoever they want to support. They haven’t changed who they are or what they believe. Chick-fil-A remains committed to Christian values. Dan Cathy assured me that this isn’t going to change. I hope all those who jumped to the wrong conclusion about them read this.”

“In my opinion, the gay movement wouldn’t ever be happy with Chick-fil-A unless they were open on Sunday, gave all of their charitable donations to LGBTQ organizations, and flew the rainbow flag over their stores!,” Graham added. Their hatred for Chick-fil-A is rooted in founder Truett Cathy’s strong stand for biblical “traditional” values and his desire to honor God. No fast food chain does a better job. I went through the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A yesterday morning, and I thought I might get dinner there—but a whole lot of other people had the same idea! A Chick-fil-A sandwich with waffle fries sounds really good right now!”
