When I was on the road, it was super easy to make routines and stick to them. Nighttime routines, morning routines, workout routines; I had the time to make them a priority, so they were successful. . . Now being back in New York, I’ve had to come to terms with which habits are realistic, and which habits I can allow myself to relax. . . More to come on this, but the bottom line: healthy habits are a work in progress. I’m gonna keep working toward habits and routines that keep me healthy, and I hope you will too! Xoxo, ???

Speaker Pelosi @speakerpelosi in the midst of the most important constitutional oversights of our lifetimes, launching an impeachment inquiry into President Trump (as he is already trying to steal 2020 by pressing a foreign government to investigate Biden) took a moment to talk to me about living with HIV/AIDS, the urgent need to protect rights of LGBTQ citizens from discrimination in workplace, housing, and education in light of the October 8th Supreme Court ruling, that the Dept of Justice (William Barr & Trump administration) filled seeking to overturn using Title 9 to protect LGBTQ Americans at a federal level. We MUST PASS the EQUALITY ACT!If the Supreme Court rules in favor the Trump Admin landlords could kick out tenants or deny apartments because they don’t agree with your gayness or gender expression.
