And Trump reportedly had a poster of Julian Assange in his war room with the caption “Dear Hillary, I miss reading your classified emails.”

Pete Buttigieg Vaults to 3rd Place in NH Poll of Democratic 2020 Contenders
South Bend mayor and presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg has surged to third place (11 percent) in a new New Hampshire poll of Democratic voters, behind Joe Biden (23 percent) and Bernie Sanders (16 percent).
The Saint Anselm College Survey Center poll surveyed 698 randomly selected registered voters in the state of New Hampshire: “326 respondents that indicated their intention to vote in the Democratic Presidential Primary were asked for their impression of 14 announced and potential candidates for the Democratic nomination for President. The names were presented in random order. Respondents were then asked to select a candidate for whom they would vote.”
Wrote the pollster of the results: “The emerging dark horse in this race may be Pete Buttigieg, who has gone from a virtual unknown to vault to 11% support, trailing only Biden and Sanders and ahead of Warren. His emergence as a factor is driven by a 33-point increase in name recognition, almost all of it favorable. He even carries a slight 16-14 lead over Sanders in vote-rich Merrimack Valley.”

“I carried caskets in Arlington Cemetery. I folded American flags for loved ones..I never knew their religion or education or birthplace…No one asked if those we buried were secretly trans. IN WASHPOST — HRC PRESIDENT CHAD GRIFFIN CALLS OUT TRUMP-PENCE ADMIN FOR SILENCE ON BRUNEI’S DRACONIAN LAW TARGETING LGBTQ PEOPLE: “This week, Brunei has begun implementing a draconian new law that, among other brutal punishments, imposes the death penalty for LGBTQ sex and adultery,” writes Griffin (@ChadHGriffin) for The Washington Post. “Around the world, governments, international institutions, human rights organizations, celebrities and many others have spoken with one voice to condemn the new penal code that violates international human rights standards and imposes one of the most heinous of punishments — death by stoning. Yet in the face of this crisis, the White House has remained unconscionably silent.” More from WaPo.
WE’VE ASKED BEFORE, AND WE’LL ASK AGAIN — BETSY DEVOS, HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?: Thank you Rep. More from The Hill, Newsweek and Talking Points Memo.
.@RepBonamici to Sec. DeVos: When you rolled back guidance protecting rights of transgender students, did you know that the stress of harassment and discrimination can lead to lower attendance/grades as well as depression for transgender students?

Mike Pence Reacts to Remarks from Pete Buttigieg About His Anti-Gay Views: ‘He Knows Better’ — WATCH
In an interview with CNBC on Wednesday, Vice President Mike Pence responded to South Bend mayor and presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg’s remarks about sexuality and faith.
Buttigieg told the Victory Fund at a Washington D.C. brunch: “My marriage to Chasten has made me a better man and yes, Mr. Vice President, it has moved me closer to God. … I can tell you, that if me being gay was a choice, it was a choice that was made far, far above my pay grade. And that’s the thing I wish the Mike Pence’s of the world could understand, that if you have a problem with who I am, your problem is not with me. Your quarrel, sir, is with my creator.”
Pence was asked by CNBC’s Joe Kernen if it was fair for Buttigieg “to make you the bogeyman?”
Said Pence: “I worked very closely with Mayor Pete when I was governor of the state of Indiana. We had a great working relationship. He said some things that are critical of my Christian faith and of me personally. He knows better. He knows me.”
“I get it,” Pence added. “They got 19 people running for president on that side in a party that’s sliding off to the left and they’re all competing with one another for how much more liberal they can be.”
Asked if his views have evolved on marriage equality, Pence replied, “The Supreme Court has made their decision. When I was government of Indiana we fully implemented that decision in the law. My Christian values, my family and I have a view of marriage that’s informed by our faith and we stand by that but that doesn’t mean we’re critical of anyone else who has a different point of view.”
