The 91^st Annual Academy Awards will be held this Sunday night. Among the LGBTQ-incisive nominees are out bi musician and actress Lady Gaga, who is up for Best Actress; out screenwriter Jeff Whitty for co-writing Can You Ever Forgive Me; and double nominee Marc Shaiman for the Original Score and Original Song from Mary Poppins Returns. The much anticipated final season of Shadowhunters premieres this Monday at Freeform. Boasting a GLAAD Media Award and an increasing number of LGBTQ characters, Shadowhunters is known for the relationship between bisexual wizard Magnus Bane and Shadowhunter Alec Lightwood. GLAAD shared an exclusive sneak peak of “Malec” for fans last week. Shadowhunters: Monday, 8pm on Freeform.
