A woman and her son were captured on video assaulting two black female Army soldiers following in an alleged homophobic attack.

The altercation between Judy Tucker, 72, and her son Robbie, reportedly took place at a Cheddar’s restaurant in Macon, Georgia following an altercation over a handicapped parking place.

Wrote LaKeycia Ward who took the video that was shared to Reddit and other social media networks: “This Gentleman & his mom was hostile about the two soldiers not waiting for them to reverse back into there handicap parking spot for her handicapped husband instead they went around and proceeded to park in there own separate parking spot. . So he then followed them inside the restaurant being verbally abusive calling them black lesbians shouting ” the military lets lesbians serve ? So at that point i start recording & heres the VIDEO .”

Other witnesses reported that Tucker’s son also used the term “gay black bitches” when referring to the soldiers, one of whom says she is pregnant.

In the video, Tucker is seen coming at one of the women as she starts filming: “Put that phone down! You do not have the right to take a picture of me!”

“I’m pregnant. Look at me. I’m pregnant. You’re pushing a pregnant woman,” says one of the soldiers.

“Well my husband is handicapped,” snaps Tucker.

Police were called and Tucker was arrested.

Popular Military reports: “Tucker was arrested and booked into the Bibb County Jail on a Simple Battery charge, where she was released on a $650 bond three hours later.”

Jennifer Hart, who was driving the SUV that careened off a California cliff killing herself, her wife and six kids in a tragedy that police now believe was intentional, was drunk, according to toxicology reports.

The bodies of Markis, 19, Abigail, 14, and Jeremiah, 14, were found after the accident. Hannah, 16, Sierra, 12, and 15-year-old Devonte, who was the subject of a viral photo last year which showed him embracing a Portland police officer, are still missing and presumed dead.

TIME reports:

Jennifer Hart had a blood alcohol level of .102 at the time of the crash, California Highway Patrol Capt. Bruce Carpenter said at a press conference Friday. The legal limit for driving in California is 0.08.

Carpenter also said that Sarah Hart and two of the couple’s children had “a significant amount” of an ingredient found in Benadryl in their system, the Associated Press reported.

Child Protective Services tried to visit the family home multiple times before the crash after receiving reports of abuse and neglect concerning the children.

Dana and Bruce Dekalb, who were neighbors of the Harts, reported the family to Child Protective Services, they said, because some of the children, including Devonte, had come to them asking for food and telling them they didn’t want to go home.

Mendocino County Sheriff Tom Allman told TIME: “There are more reasons to believe that this was intentional than there are to believe that this was an accident.”

Britney Spears received the GLAAD Vanguard Award from Ricky Martin last week at the group’s Los Angeles gala.

Spears was presented with the award by Ricky Martin, who said Spears “could be one of those stars with a huge LGBTQ following that says nothing and does nothing but instead, she uses her platform to remind audiences around the globe that intolerance is unacceptable.”

Access’ Scott Evans spoke with Spears backstage after she received the award where she gushed about Martin: “A dream. It made me want to cry.”

Evans showed Spears a 1999 photo of her with Martin, and she gasped when she saw it: “Such a dork and a nerd!”

When asked if she remembered the day it was taken, Spears joked, “The secret to happiness. No memory.”

Spears also reflected on the 20-year anniversary of “Hit Me Baby (One More Time)”.

Thousands Attend First Gay Pride in Mike Pence’s Hometown, Organized by HS Senior: WATCH

Thousands Attend First Gay Pride in Mike Pence’s Hometown, Organized by HS Senior: WATCH

More than 2,000 people attended the first Gay Pride festival on Saturday in Mike Pence’s hometown of Columbus, Indiana, organized by high school senior Erin Bailey (above).

WCPO reports:

Erin Bailey, the 18-year-old organizer of Columbus Pride, never expected to be fielding interview requests from the Human Rights Campaign and CNN. The slight redhead, who strolled the festival in rose-pink horn rims and a rainbow-emblazoned ringer tee, began organizing Columbus Pride to meet a graduation requirement at Columbus Signature Academy.

According to CSA’s website, all students must complete a project meant to “explore endeavors that fuel their passions and to act as a bridge between a student’s high school experience and his or her future goals” before they can collect their diplomas.

Bailey, who identifies as bisexual and hopes to work as an art therapist, saw an opportunity to help others like herself find comfort and community where they lived. A GoFundMe campaign helped her raise over $6,000 to make it happen.

“It’s been crazy, honestly,” she said Saturday. “It’s super exciting; I’m super glad with the turnout and everyone who came.”

Watch an interview with Bailey in the news report up top.
