WATCH: Twitter Is Lusting After This New, Sexed-Up Joe Jonas Video. You Should, Too.
An oft-shirtless Joe Jonas slithers his way through the new DNCE video for their latest single, “Body Moves,” which intercuts faux sex-tape footage with some sexy models mugging moodily for the camera and getting jiggly with one another in various states of undress.

During the chorus, Jonas enjoys getting and performing simulated fellatio in a disused elevator, as we try our best to do whenever the chorus kicks in, too.

Needless to say, all this unstoppered and brazenly brazen sexuality has hardly gone unnoticed by the denizens of Twitter, who have taken to the social media site to share their impressions in real-time.

15 Famous Actors We Desperately Wish Were Gay or Bisexual
While it’s true a greater number of actors seem to be kicking down the closet door every year, many of the men in Hollywood who fuel our fantasies happen to be straight.
Of course that doesn’t stop us from hoping that somewhere, just maybe, possibly in an alternate universe (or this one) we might have a shot.
(Hey, a guy can dream, right?)
There are literally hundreds of straight men in Hollywood today who have us wishing on a heterosexual star – and that’s part of the fun of the big and small screens.
So in our ongoing celebration of National Coming Out Day, here are just a few of famous actors we desperately wish were something other than straight.
1. Rami Malek
The breakout star of Mr. Robot has officially hacked our hearts. Quirky never looked so cute.
2. Mike Colter
Marvel’s Luke Cage in the flesh is the yummy hero we’ve been holding out for.
3. Oscar Isaac
Let’s not pretend Oscar Isaac doesn’t raise our body temperature every time he’s on screen. It doesn’t matter if he’s playing one of the good guys in a galaxy far, far away or the biggest bad boy on the planet.

4. Nick Jonas
We’ve been swooning over the sexy JoBro since the moment he went solo and his continuous outspoken support of LGBTQ issues has only made him that much hotter. Yeah, we know. He’s such a tease.
5. Henry Cavill
Photo: Rob Latour
Whether he’s wearing a big red cape or walking the biggest red carpet, Henry Cavill is a real-life Man of Steel – and he’s got the shirtless Instagram photos to prove it.
6. Steven Yeun
The Walking Dead star has us convinced the quiet, shy guy next door is exactly the kind of stud we’d want to have by our side during the zombie apocalypse.
7. Zac Efron
Our former favorite pupcake is now a full-fledged beefcake who keeps us thirsty by regularly ditching his clothes on camera.
8. James Corden
Who wouldn’t want to snuggle up next to the cutest cuddle-bear late-night TV has ever seen?
9. Chris Hemsworth
Photo: TAG Heuer
What we wouldn’t give for just one date with this god of thunder.
10. Michael Ealy
He’s the type of leading man who makes us lose our breath. (Those big blue eyes could melt the heart of the biggest ice queen.) We died a little when we found out we wouldn’t see him every week after Fox cancelled Almost Human in 2014, but the news that he’s joining the season 4 cast of Being Mary Jane has given us new life.
11. Patrick Stewart
He was making us wish we could serve in Starfleet on Star Trek: The Next Generation long before he had us hot for teacher as Professor Xavier in the X-Men films. And his very public bromance with Ian Mckellen is about as adorable as adorable gets.
12. Joe Manganiello
The perpetually shirtless True Blood and Magic Mike star never fails to make us howl.
13. John Cho
This is high quality boyfriend material. A versatile man with a lot of range. It doesn’t matter if he’s warp-speeding through the stars as Sulu in the Star Trek films or making us laugh in Harold and Kumar. We’d be happy to take more of Mr. Cho any way we could get him.

President Obama Smells Himself to Prove He’s Not a Demon: WATCH
The Obama demon theory has been debunked. At a rally for Hillary Clinton in Greensboro, North Carolina on Tuesday, President Obama mocked Trump supporter and right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, who has claimed that he and Clinton are demons.
Said Obama:
“I was reading the other day. There’s a guy on the radio who apparently said me and Hillary are demons, said we smell like sulfur. Ain’t that something? Now, I mean, come on people!…And apparently there are people who believe that stuff. And they’re listening to it constantly. You can’t have leaders that are promoting that…”
Watch:
NBC News reports that Obama could be crucial for Clinton in North Carolina:
It’s a state Obama narrowly won in 2008 and lost by two points in 2012. Polls show Clinton with an extremely slim lead here, and turnout, especially among the black population, will be critical.
“President Obama is an incredible ace in the hole for the Hillary Clinton campaign,” said Frank Baumgartner, professor of political sciences at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
And it’s clear the president feels very comfortable in Greensboro. Despite being heckled by protesters three times, he deftly brought the attention back to him and the hugely friendly crowd shouted the protesters down.

POLLS. Clinton ahead +9 in new Ohio poll: “Clinton leads Trump, 48 percent to 38 percent, with 14 percent unsure, in a direct match-up, the poll found. When the two minority party candidates are added to the mix – as they are on state ballots — Clinton leads by 9 percent, 43 percent to 34 percent.”
DONATIONS. Trump attacked Hillary Clinton’s NY Senate record but Melania and Ivanka donated to her reelection campaign.

SIGNORILE. Many evangelical leaders would stick with Trump if he were a cold-blooded killer: “Trump could have said that he brutally assaulted someone with a baseball bat and smashed the person’s head in, enjoying every minute of it, laughing about it in the retelling, or even that he had killed the person, and it might well be excused by many evangelicals leaders — just as Trump predicted about his supporters excusing him for shooting someone in the middle of 5th Avenue. As long as he agreed to help them put extremists on the Supreme Court, many evangelical leaders would likely dismiss the statements away as just words, and invoke their mantra that’we’re all sinners.’”
BILLY BUSH. Hires crisis PR team to manage NBC exit.
PETER THIEL. Won’t say if he still supports Donald Trump.
CREEPY CLOWNS. Suddenly, someone realized Ronald McDonald is a creepy clown: “With the nation thoroughly spooked by both real and fake sightings of “creepy” clowns, McDonald’s has decided to limit the public appearances of their signature red-haired, floppy-shoed figurehead, the fast-food giant revealed Tuesday.”
JANET JACKSON. She confirmed she’s pregnant at 50.
CHICAGO. Anything seems possible for the Cubs as they make the National League Championship Series: “The Cubs expressed understandable joy and jubilation after their 6-5 comeback victory over the Giants in Game 4 to win the National League Division Series, but mostly they felt rewarded for keeping the faith when everybody but them had lost it. Admit it, you did too.”
INDONESIA. Anti-gay sentiment seen threatening goal to end AIDS by 2030.
TIM TEBOW. Attends to man who had seizure in stands: “As the man was slowly coming to, Tebow leaned over and placed his right hand on the man’s left knee while Daniel Kelly, a former Jets scout who left football to become a debt counselor and minister, prayed out loud. Kelly, who was wearing a Mets Tebow jersey, attended the game with his wife, Samantha, to celebrate his 43rd birthday, and had been seated next to the fan who collapsed. As the man regained his bearings, Tebow engaged him in conversation while waiting for paramedics from the Phoenix Fire Department to arrive. ”
RIGHT WING WATCH. 10 hideous Pat Robertson moments of the last decade.
CARL BEAN. On being a gay club icon: “Once Motown gave me the lyric for “I Was Born This Way,” written by Bunny Jones and Chris Spierer, I felt spiritually that’s what was calling me. [The original version of “I Was Born This Way”] by Bunny and Valentino was very different—it sounded pretty Broadway-ish. Everyone knew disco was a gay phenomenon. That shit became the thing for gay men, who carried their straight girlfriends with them [to the club], who then started bringing their straight boyfriends, and disco just kind of spread like wildfire. I guess Mr. Gordy felt, “Oh, this song will work in that environment.” So when they signed me, they did it differently, riding that success in the dance market with black voices coming out of gospel and blues.”
QUAY DASH. Transgender rapper says she’s here to stay and here to slay: “The five-track EP Transphobic is a vibrant, thrilling project and one that Dash hopes will strike a chord with many. ‘I think it’s really relevant to a lot of shit that’s going on right now in the LGBT community,’ she says. ‘The title was a great fit for the EP because it also represents my life as a trans woman.’”
NYC. Man drags 11-year-old boy between subway cars, threatens to push him. “Suddenly, a 26-year-old woman intervened and managed to pull the boy back inside, police said. She helped the boy off the train at Union Square while the suspect stayed behind, police said.”
HUMP DAY HOTTIE. Colin Allen.

#AM_Equality Tip Sheet: October 12, 2016
MCCRORY’S BROKEN PROMISES, EXCUSES, DISCRIMINATORY POLICIES: At last night’s gubernatorial debate in North Carolina, Governor Pat McCrory offered more of the horrible same: broken promises, sorry excuses and the same old hate-filled policies. As governor, McCrory signed HB2 into law, which continues to inflict untold damage on North Carolinians and their economy. “For voters the choice couldn’t be clearer,” said HRC President Chad Griffin. “As Governor, Roy Cooper will stand up for fairness, equality and promote policies that bring jobs to North Carolina.” During the debate, moderated by Chuck Todd, host of NBC’s Meet the Press, McCrory continued to blame others for the millions of dollars in economic loss the state is suffering after he signed the most anti-LGBTQ bill in the nation. He also reiterated his support for Donald Trump, despite the latest revelations about his pattern of predatory, misogynistic comments and behavior. Cooper, on the other hand, “offered a positive vision for our future and a commitment to common sense, fairness, and creating good paying jobs,” said Equality NC Executive Director Chris Sgro. “Roy Cooper stands with all of us, which is exactly why he will be our next governor.”

THE AP LAYS OUT “WHY IT MATTERS”: As part of a series on issues at stake in the presidential election, Associated Press reporter David Crary (@CraryAP) lays out the stark difference between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump when it comes to LGBTQ rights. Writes Crary, “Hillary Clinton is a staunch supporter of LGBT rights; she has endorsed the Equality Act, a proposed federal law that would provide comprehensive protections against discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.” Trump, on the other hand “has balked at endorsing same-sex marriage, his evangelical advisory board has included prominent opponents of advances in LGBT rights and running mate Mike Pence, Indiana’s governor, last year signed a law that critics said would allow businesses to deny service to gay people for religious reasons.” Case closed. WHAT WE’RE READING WEDNESDAY: Yesterday, the National Park Service released a first-of-its-kind report on LGBTQ historic sites, Time Magazine’s Katy Steinmetz (@katysteinmetz) reports. The study is part of the agency’s effort to preserve more places that have significance for communities that have been historically marginalized. More from TIME.
TIM KAINE HAS A POWERFUL MESSAGE FOR LGBTQ YOUTH: Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Tim Kaine marked National Coming Out Day by sitting down with ATTN: Editor-in-Chief Matthew Segal (@MatthewESegal) to talk about the importance of standing up for LGBTQ youth. Kaine’s message: “Be who you are. Be proud of who you are. You’re made the way you’re made for a reason, and you should celebrate that and accept it and not feel bad about it.” Watch here.
SEVENTH CIRCUIT COURT COULD OVERTURN DECISION IN SEXUAL ORIENTATION DISCRIMINATION CASE: A federal appeals court in Illinois will reconsider a case involving whether existing civil rights law should be interpreted to include protections against discrimination based on sexual orientation. The case involves Kimberly Hively, who claims she was denied promotions and the opportunity to work full time because she is openly lesbian. The initial, unfavorable decision of the court said she could not sue under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 because it does not cover sexual orientation. However, the court will consider the case en banc, meaning it could overrule the prior decision. More from BuzzFeed.
PHOTOGRAPHING LGBTQ CHINA: Photographer Teo Butturini, with an assist from the Beijing LGBT Center, has produced a beautiful photography project showing the lives of LGBTQ people in China. More from The Washington Post.

#FiveFilms4Freedom to bring global LGBTQ images to NYC
FiveFilms4Freedom
Join GLAAD and the British Council at a screening of Five Films for Freedom, the world’s first and largest digital LGBTQ film festival on October 19 in New York City.
Five Films for Freedom is a social media campaign created by the British Film Institute and the British Council to promote LGBTQ acceptance by encouraging people around the world to watch five short films from BFI Flare: London LGBTQ Film Festival. These five films have been available on digital platforms across the world for two years.
This year, the festival includes the films “Breathe”, directed by James Doherty of the UK and Ireland, “Swirl”, directed by Peterson Varga of the Philippines, “The Orchid”, directed by Ferran Navarro-Beltran of Spain, “Take Your Partners”, directed by Siri Rodnes of Scotland, and “Xavier”, directed by Ricky Mastro of Brazil. Since the films were released in March, there have been 1.57 million views of the films in 179 countries on Facebook and YouTube.
Five Films for Freedom works to bring LGBTQ representation to countries in which LGBTQ rights are limited or completely nonexistent. In Russia, same-sex couples are not granted any of the legal protections that opposite sex couples are, in Iraq, being LGBTQ has been decriminalized, but with the rise of ISIS LGBTQ people are being attacked, and in Saudi Arabia, and the UAE being LGBTQ is punishable by death. However, these countries whose governments are anti-LGBTQ were among the countries with the most views of the films.
GLAAD’s Ross Murray, Director of Programs, Global and US South, will be speaking on a panel following the screening. Other panelists include Siri Rodnes, the filmmaker who directed the film “Take Your Partners,” Jessica Stern, the Executive Director of OutRight Action International, and Jon Hurst, the Director of LGBTQ Student Center, New York University. The panel will be moderated by Charles Radcliffe, the Director of the United Nations Free & Equal Campaign.
The film festival takes place the day before Spirit Day, the largest and most visible campaign in the world working to advance acceptance of LGBTQ youth. The digital aspect of this film festival makes it possible for people all over the world to view them in safety, and help expand the message of acceptance for LGBTQ people all over the world.
The event will take place on Wednesday October 19th, from 6:00-9:00, at Barclays, 745 7th Avenue, New York. Register here.
