The End Of The Affair: Davey Wavey And His Boyfriend Have Broken Up
Davey Wavey talks about his breakup. Via YouTube.
Cue the violins. Davey Wavey announced in a new video over the weekend that he and his boyfriend have broken up. Ironically, he had just introduced his boyfriend of over two years, with whom he was in an open relationship, to his audience.

“After two and a half years of dating, and challenging each other and growth, my boyfriend and I have decided to transform our relationship into something different, I guess,” Davey said. “Which is a really nice way of saying we broke up.”
While admitting that he is sad over the end of the relationship, he pointed out that he wasn’t making the video so that people would feel sorry for him, but instead said he would never look back on the relationship as “a regret or something that didn’t work out.”
He also shared something he learned from the relationship, and hoped would be useful to others.

“Imagine if, instead of distancing yourself from your partner (when hurt), you connected with your partner,” he said. “So instead of pulling back, if you leaned in. If you cuddled, or kissed, or connected with your partner in some way, I promise you that you feel better every single time… If it took a two and a half year relationship to learn that, I am okay with it.”

Nick Jonas, James Franco Frat Movie ‘Goat’ Gets Even Darker in Red Band Trailer – WATCH
The official red band trailer for the Nick Jonas and James Franco movie Goat has just been released and it delves deeper into the dark world of hazing and the toxic side of fraternity life.
Goat follows a 19 year-old boy, reeling from a terrifying assault, who enrolls into college with his brother (Nick Jonas) and pledges the same fraternity. What happens there, in the name of “brotherhood” tests the boy and his loyalty to his brother in brutal ways.
For the uninitiated, Goat is based on a memoir by Brad Land, published in 2004.
The first trailer for the film underscored the violent, machismo and also homoerotic elements at play in frat life. All those are present in this new trailer, though things get a little more nefarious.
For instance, if you didn’t know already, you find out why the film is titled Goat.
Watch the red band trailer, which is work-unfriendly in a few spots, below.

Channing Tatum Has the Men of ‘Magic Mike Live’ Strip for Ellen – WATCH
Channing Tatum and the men of Magic Mike Live dropped by Ellen DeGeneres’ show on Tuesday to show just what they have been up over the past couple of months.
As we told you about earlier this year, Tatum announced that he would be producing Magic Mike Live in Las Vegas to recreate IRL the experience of going to one of the strip shows seen in the films based on his past as a male stripper.
Tatum told DeGeneres about the inspiration behind the project,
“I had a friend that had a girlfriend who went to Vegas and went to some of the male reviews there and she didn’t tell my buddy about it and he’s like why didn’t you tell me. She was embarrassed. She was like I don’t know it wasn’t cool. We just thought let’s go make something cool. Let’s go make something really for you guys (ladies) and hopefully we’re going to be able to do that.”
He added that the show “should be empowering” and that he wants to offer “equal opportunity objectification for everyone.” Tatum also didn’t rule out the possibility that he would appear on the stage in Vegas, saying it might happen “If I ever get in shape again.” Tatum says that he has no problem getting naked.
Towards the end of the show, Tatum brought out one of the performers from Magic Mike Live to give one lucky audience member a lap-dance.
And she appeared overcome with…joy.
Also, Ellen trying to examine the thrusting and lap-dancing ever-so-closely is all of us.
And just when it seemed like the show was over, that maybe things had gotten a little out of hand, Ellen and Tatum decided to give the audience more, revealing strippers hidden in the audience–
–and the whole Magic Mike Live crew ready to invite you onto their saddle.
As the boys busted their moves to Ginuwine’s “Pony”, one woman in the audience showed us what it looks like to live your best life.
Watch what happens when the men of Magic Mike Live put their skills on display, below.
And also, check out more photos of the guys prepping for their performance on Ellen via Instagram, below.
Why this photo isn’t captioned “Okay ladies, now let’s get in formation”, I will never understand.

Murder of Mother and Daughter in Missouri Under Investigation as Anti-LGBT Hate Crime: VIDEO
The double homicide of a mother and daughter in Camden County, Missouri is being investigated as an anti-LGBT hate crime, according to an update from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
The bodies of Teresa Jackson, 61, and her daughter Danielle Smith, 27, were found in the remains of their burned out trailer on August 29th. Autopsies have confirmed that both had been killed before the trailer was burned. Early Saturday morning their neighbor, Steven Endsley, was arrested for their murder.
Witnesses told police that Endsley took issue with Smith’s sexual orientation, and for that reason police and the FBI are investigating the case as a hate crime.
From the Camden County Sheriff’s Office:
At approximately 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 3rd, deputies and detectives from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, working closely with the Missouri State Highway Patrol SWAT team and the Jefferson City Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, arrested 54 year old Steven Ray Endsley, of Camdenton. Endsley was arrested for the murders of 27 year old Danielle M Smith and her mother, 61 year old Teresa A Jackson.
Smith’s and Jackson’s bodies were discovered in the remains of their burned out trailer home on the morning of August 29th. Their identities had not been released until their next of kin were notified. Endsley was their next door neighbor and, according to witnesses, had been in an ongoing disagreement with Smith over her sexual orientation. The FBI is assisting the CCSO in investigating the possibility of the murders being a hate crime linked to that disagreement.
Two other adult members of Endsley’s family were taken into custody for questioning at the time of his arrest. Neither of those family members have been charged with a crime, so their identities will not be released pending the results of the continuing investigation.
Steven R Endsley is charged with two counts of the Class A Felony of 1st Degree Murder, two counts of Felony Armed Criminal Action, one count of the Class B Felony of 1st Degree Burglary, and one count of the Class C Felony of 2nd Degree Arson. Endsley is being held without bond and will appear before the court on October 4th.
A GoFundMe page has been started by Danielle’s sister Heather Smith to ensure that Teresa (Terri) and Danielle have a proper funeral service.
Writes Smith:
Here we are, raising money for Danielle and Terri. We are saddened to have lost 2 amazing people that loved everyone. Danielle would always do what she could to help someone else, if she was able, without question. Our hearts are broken by the loss of Danielle and Terri. I am only asking people to help with what you can. I want to make sure they have a proper service. As her sister, this is the last thing I thought I would have to do. As her sister, I want to make sure that she and Terri are taken care of properly. Thank you for any help that you can give.
Here’s a report from August 29 when news broke about the fire and the victims:

Missouri Murders Possibly Linked to Sexual Orientation Bias
Law enforcement officials have arrested 54-year-old Steven Endsley in connection with the murders of mother and daughter Theresa Jackson and Danielle Smith in Camden County, Missouri. After learning that Endsley and Smith had an “ongoing disagreement” over Smith’s sexual orientation, officials are investigating whether the murder was a hate crime.
In Missouri, crimes motivated by certain kinds of bias—including sexual orientation bias—can carry additional penalties. In 2014, the most recent year for which data is available, 19 percent of all hate crimes reported to the FBI were motivated by sexual orientation.
Smith, who was 27, lived with her 61-year-old mother. The pair’s bodies were found in their home, which had been set on fire. Endsley was their next-door neighbor. The FBI and the Camden County Sheriff’s Office are both investigating the killings.
Jackson and Smith’s deaths come in a year of disturbing and heart-wrenching attacks on LGBTQ people and their communities. Earlier this year, a Georgia man and his boyfriend were attacked with scalding water while they were sleeping, leaving them with severe burns. At least 17 transgender people have been murdered in the U.S. since 2016 began—most recently 28-year-old Rae’Lynn Thomas of Columbus, Ohio, who was killed by her mother’s boyfriend. In June, HRC’s national headquarters became an eight-story memorial to 49 victims of the massacre at Pulse, an LGBTQ nightclub in Orlando.
In this difficult year, HRC offers our condolences to Ms. Smith and Ms. Jackson’s loved ones—and continues to call for an end to anti-LGBTQ violence across the U.S. and the world.
As Commander-In-Chief, Donald Trump Would Threaten Progress Made For LGBTQ Equality
This post originally appeared on Huffington Post.
On Wednesday, NBC News and Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America are partnering to host a first-of-its-kind “Commander-in-Chief Forum” featuring presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The forum focusing on national security, military affairs, and veterans issues comes as we are approaching the five-year anniversary of the end of the discriminatory “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” (DADT) law, and marking historic progress we’ve made in the equal treatment of all service members, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
But, make no mistake, the stakes of this presidential election couldn’t be higher for LGBTQ people. Donald Trump has threatened to roll back the gains we’ve made both in the military and out, and, in choosing Mike Pence as his running mate, has embraced a politician who has made anti-LGBTQ animus a cornerstone of his career. Hillary Clinton would continue building on the equality legacy of President Obama, ensuring that all service members are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
Thanks to leadership of the president, and the steadfast work of equality advocates, we’ve made huge strides toward ensuring the military is able to recruit and retain the most talented and qualified individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. We’ve repealed the archaic DADT law that prevented gay, lesbian, and bisexual troops from serving openly; ensured equal benefits for the same-sex spouses of service members; extended non-discrimination protections in the military based on sexual orientation; and, most recently, finally witnessed the long-overdue end to the outdated ban on open service by transgender people.
I’ve seen firsthand how the progress we’ve made in the Armed Forces has improved military and family readiness. As a Marine veteran and spouse of an active duty Marine, and through my work with the Human Rights Campaign and the American Military Partner Association, I’ve witnessed progress as the lives of thousands of military families have improved. LGBTQ service members can go to work each and every day without having to worry about hiding something as basic as who they are. After years of discrimination and marginalization, they and their families finally have the recognition and support they need and deserve in their service to our nation.
Donald Trump has surrounded himself with radically anti-LGBTQ advisors and campaign staff, including Mike Pence. Pence first gained national attention as governor of Indiana with his “right to discriminate” bill that could have allowed businesses to discriminate and deny services to LGBTQ people simply because of who they are. During his time in Congress, he voted against the repeal of DADT, saying it would turn the military into “a backdrop for social experimentation.” He also voted against the Employment Non-Discrimination Act and the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, calling it a “radical social agenda.” His history of opposing equality is long and indisputable
In addition to surrounding himself with anti-LGBTQ activists, Trump has also threatened to roll back LGBTQ equality. He opposes marriage equality, endorses Kim-Davis style discrimination in federal law, defends vile anti-LGBTQ laws like North Carolina’s deeply discriminatory HB2, vows to fill vacancies on the Supreme Court of the United States with anti-marriage equality justices, campaigns with anti-LGBTQ hate groups, and spews hatred toward LGBTQ people ― including women, immigrants, Muslims, and people living with disabilities.
While Donald Trump would threaten the progress we’ve made, Hillary Clinton will continue to fight every single day she’s in office for every American, including LGBTQ people. In far too many places across the country, LGBTQ people still face unfair and unjust discrimination, and we need a President who will fight to change that. We need a President who will fight for, and sign into law, the Equality Act ― federal legislation that would finally establish explicit protections against discrimination for LGBTQ people in many of the most important areas of their lives, like employment, housing, access to public places, federal funding, credit, education and jury service.
The men and women who serve our nation in uniform come from all walks of life and represent the diversity of America and all that we stand for. As Americans consider who should be our next Commander-in-Chief, we must remember the values we stand for as a nation ― liberty and justice for all. We must elect a President who will fight for those values. We must elect Hillary Clinton.
