By purchasing this animations set, you agree to the following terms:
1. You are allowed to use the animations as a part of a Second Life product you are creating and intend to sell.
2 .You are NOT allowed to resell the animations as a stand alone product, repackage them, or give them away for free, this include eventual GROUP GIFT or similar.
3. You are NOT allowed to resell any of the single animation here included as a stand alone product, repackage them, or give them away for free, this include eventual GROUP GIFT or similar.
4. You are required to modify the animation’s permissions either to COPY/NO TRANSFER or NO COPY/TRANSFER in order to use them as part of a product/creation in Second Life.
5. Under no circumstance you are allowed to distribute the animations contained in this package as a part of a freebie product.
6. You are not allowed to transfer the content of this package, or the package itself, to any additional SL account you may have. (better known as ALTS)
7. You will need to save and keep for controls by Linden Lab the PROOF OF PURCHASE in your inventory. Every violation to this agreement will be reported to Linden Labs and a DMCA complaint will be filled.
You can only prove that you really own the permissions IF YOU KEEP AND TRACE THE PROOF OF PURCHASE.
If you are found without the proof of purchase and either not listed into sales history, you will be reported to DMCA.
8. All sales covering full permissions animations, mesh, object and more are FINAL, there will not be any kind of refund or discount.
9. You are NOT allowed to export or transfer the animations outside SL Grid. This set must be used unique into SECOND LIFE GRID. You are the SOLE owner of the animation purchased, do not give away to your friends, partners, etc…
10. Props included are intended to give you the idea of how to use it and set it. You will need to create your own object as a prop if you want to resell your creations. Props are copy and mod only, you do not have rights to transfer them.
